Avocado Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado cut in half, pit removed and flesh removed
  • 1 jalapeño rinsed and could use half of the jalapeño if you want less heat
  • ¾ cups fresh cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • 1 lime squeeze of lime
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
