Incredible Slow Cooker Ribs
These incredibly tender Slow Cooker Ribs are delicious with rice, tortillas, tostadas, and burrito wraps and promise to not disappoint!

- 3 lbs boneless ribs cut up into 2 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 5 garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup salsa verde link below
- handful of fresh cilantro chopped
Sear Pork
Cut up pork into two-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.In a skillet over medium heat, add two tablespoons of oil and sear pork. Brown meat for a few minutes.
Slow Cooker
Add seared pork with salsa verde, chicken broth, crushed garlic, cumin, oregano, salt.Cook on high for 4 hours in slow cooker or 2 hours in instant cooker. Ten minutes before slow cooker ribs are done add chopped cilantro and stir pork ribs.
Serve with white or yellow rice, tacos, tostadas or burrito filling. Enjoy!
