Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas peeled
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ice

Toppings

  • extra banana slices
  • ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add bananas, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon to a blender.
    Blend until smooth.
  • Add 3 cups of water to the blended mixture and with a large spoon stir well to combine.
Taste and if too sweet for your liking, add a little extra water.
  • Pour agua de plátano over ice and garnish with cinnamon and a few extra slices of banana.
    Enjoy!

Notes

Note:  My Agua de Plátano looks whiter in these pictures than yours will come out to be.  I used blue tinted Mason jars to serve which altered the color a little and made it look more like milk.  No fear, promise it does not taste like milk!  The agua truly is slightly brownish in color due to the cinnamon and sweetened condensed milk.
