This Authentic Mexican Guacamole Recipe is creamy, super flavorful and made with habanero peppers! Great with any dish or just some tortilla chips! Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato bouillon with chicken flavor
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 habanero finely chop
  • ½ of a small red onion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut open the avocados straight across lengthwise with a knife. Remove pits and then soft creamy pulp with a spoon and place in a bowl. With a fork, mash avocado to make guacamole texture.
  • Add all the rest of the ingredients mayonnaise, tomato chicken bouillon, lime juice, habanero pepper, onion, cilantro and mix well together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or anything of your choice!!
