Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz Mexican beer (like Montejo, Dos XX, Modelo, Corona)
  • 1 lime could start with half of the lime (juiced and add more if you like)
  • 1-2 worcestershire sauce dashes
  • 1-2 maggi sauce or soy sauce dashes
  • 1-2 teaspoon hot sauce preferably a Mexican hot sauce, I used Tapatio
  • Tajin optional
  • salt optional
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • On a small plate, combine some Tajin and salt (just salt if you prefer).
  • Rim the glass of a tall beer mug with lime and flip mug over on plate to cover with the Tajin and salt.
  • Add the of dash/es of worcestershire sauce, maggi sauce (or soy sauce) to a beer mug/glass and hot sauce. Juice of half of the lime and mix with ingredients.
  • Add ice cubes and finally the beer. Stir all together and serve immediately with or without a straw (some people do not like the taste of the Tajin on their lips)
Note: Do not allow the beer to water down from ice.  Not so good!
