- 2 pounds beef cut thinly or into one inch chunks
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- ¼ cup beer
- 2 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon red wine
- 1 teaspoon achiote powder
- salt to taste
Grilling
Here you have two options:You can grill on a gas grill, on a charcoal grill using briquettes or my absolute favorite....lump charcoal.
Cook Chuzos for 7 minutes on one side, flip over and cook for another 7 to 10 minutes.Done! Serve on its own or with salsas linked in post and/with/or curtido.....also in post.Enjoy!
