- 1 rack baby back ribs
- adobo sprinkled (I use Goya brand)
- oregano lightly sprinkled
- paprika sprinkled
- garlic paste generously spread over ribs
- ½ can light beer
- BBQ sauce of your liking
Garlic Paste
- 5 garlic cloves peeled
- ¼ cup vegetable, corn or light olive oil
Preparing Ribs for Seasoning
Seasoning Ribs
Add a few teaspoons of the garlic paste on top of the ribs and spread all over.Season the other side as well. Sprinkle adobo, paprika and oregano on both sides.
Place ribs on a baking dish and surround ribs with ½ of the beer.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1½ hours or until the internal temperature is 195 degrees for maximum tenderness.
