Equipment

  • 5 plastic cups 5oz, 7oz or 9oz

Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk 12 ounces
  • 1 can condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 1 cup milk whole, 2% or 1% milk
  • ½ cup water
  • cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Pour the evaporated milk, condensed milk, milk, water, sugar, and ground cinnamon into a blender.
*If you do not have a blender, you can use a mixing bowl and a hand whisk to mix.
  • Blend all the contents for a few seconds until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into cups and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
  • Place limbers in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  • Once limbers are fully frozen, enjoy!

Notes

You can freeze limbers in either 5, 7 or 9-ounce plastic cups. Depending on the size you use will determine how many limbers you will get. (I used 9 ounce plastic cups and got 5 servings)
You can also use ice cube trays, which are also a lot of fun to have!
Once the limbers are frozen, crack a few cubes into a cup and enjoy!
You can also use plastic tumblers, plastic dessert cups, or silicone muffin cups.
