- 2 green plantains ends cut, skin peeled and thinly sliced
- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- salt to taste
MayoKetchup Dip
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and crush finely or minced
- salt to taste
Garlic Scallion Aioli Dip
- 3 tablespoon light olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves peeled and crush finely with a mortar and pestle or minced finely with a knife
- 1 scallion rinsed and sliced into thin slivers
Garlic Scallion Aioli
Rinse and slice scallion into small thin slivers.In a bowl, mix oil, crushed or minced garlic and scallions.Set aside.
