Corn Tortillas and Assembly of Tostadas
In a skillet over medium heat add a tablespoon of oil. When oil is hot add a corn tortilla at a time and fry on both sides until golden brown. Tortillas fry quickly so keep an eye on tortillas! Drain on paper towels.
Remove bowl from refrigerator and add the tomatoes and cilantro. Add salt to taste, mix well.
Spread three tablespoons of avocado spread on top of crispy tostada and add tilapia ceviche on top.
Garnish with jalapeño slivers if you like. Done! Enjoy!
