- 2 avocados flesh removed
- 1 jalapeño rinsed, ribs and seeds removed if you would like less heat
- ¾ cup fresh cilantro rinsed
- 1 garlic clove peeled
- ½-1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
Recipe Notes:
Heat: For a milder sauce, remove the ribs and seeds. Keep them for more heat, or switch to a serrano pepper for an extra kick.
