Ingredients

  • 2 avocados flesh removed
  • 1 jalapeño rinsed, ribs and seeds removed if you would like less heat
  • ¾ cup fresh cilantro rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • ½-1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a food chopper or blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

Recipe Notes:
Heat: For a milder sauce, remove the ribs and seeds. Keep them for more heat, or switch to a serrano pepper for an extra kick.
