Ingredients

Substitutions and Variations
- Cod – Atlantic or Pacific Cod work well as well.
- Breadcrumbs – Although homemade breadcrumbs taste so much better and are really easy to make, you can use plain store bought as well. Can also use panko breadcrumbs.
- Lemon – You can also use bottled lemon juice for this recipe.
