    Mexican and Puerto Rican Shrimp Recipes

    If you love shrimp, you’re in the right place. These Mexican and Puerto Rican Shrimp Recipes are full of traditional tastes and simple ingredients.     • These Smoky Black Bean Avocado Tostadas recipe is absolutely delicious and very simple and quick to make.  Made with a black bean chipotle puree, monterey jack cheese, guacamole, grape tomatoes and scallions.  For added yum, I added some shrimp! Served on a beautiful transparent platter.
