    Mexican & Puerto Rican Seafood Recipes

    Fresh, flavorful, and deeply rooted in tradition, seafood is a staple in many Mexican, Puerto Rican, and Latin American kitchens.     A few favorites include, Tacos Gobernador, Asopao de Camarones, Mofongo con Camarones, Puerto Rican Shrimp Ceviche and Ceviche Verde (Green Ceviche).

    • These Smoky Black Bean Avocado Tostadas recipe is absolutely delicious and very simple and quick to make.  Made with a black bean chipotle puree, monterey jack cheese, guacamole, grape tomatoes and scallions.  For added yum, I added some shrimp! Served on a beautiful transparent platter.

    • A delicious combination of seafood meets guacamole.  Serve Seafood Guacamole with tortilla chips and have yourself an excellent appetizer. Served in a beautiful glass dish.

    • The best Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe!  Made with scallops, onions, tomato, jalapeños, heavy cream, butter, pepper jack cheese and fresh bread crumbs.  Moist, creamy and hyper delicious! Served on a white platter.
