How to make Avocado Lime Dressing
Begin with gathering all your ingredients together.
Cut the avocado in half and remove pit.
Place all the ingredients in a chopper or blender and blend until smooth.
First blend all the ingredients and then add avocado chunks to blend together. Blend until creamy.
Avocado Lime Dressing will keep for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.

- 1 ripe avocado cut in half and pitted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves coarsely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tbsp water more if you would like your dressing thinner
- salt to taste
Put all ingredients except salt and avocado into a blender or food chopper. Blend until smooth.
Add avocado chunks and blend again until creamy.
Add salt to taste. Taste and add more if needed.
If you would like your Avocado Lime Dressing to be thinner, add a tablespoon of water at a time and blend until you like the consistency.
