With the holidays inevitably around the corner and Thanksgiving literally just two weeks away, the excitement of delicious food flowing through our busy minds, certainly follows too.

Weeks before these special days we plan and prepare our special menu.

We think about what we will be serving for appetizers, desserts and of course at the center of all this is always our centerpiece, our MVP dish.

Whether you make the iconic roast turkey, or a ham, a pork roast or maybe a whole salmon with a delicious orange butter glaze, (haha sorry my mind went there) we all have our delicious centerpiece.

But if you’re anything like me, then you also think about your holiday breakfast.

This holiday think about making this deliciously moist Avocado Bread, it fits the bill and works perfectly.

Avocado bread is slightly sweet, perfectly moist and beautifully slightly green.

Serve with butter, jelly or a dollop of mascarpone cheese!  Yum!!

Having guests over for a delicious breakfast before the big meal?  Or maybe you’re skipping the big meal altogether and having a delicious brunch.

Whatever the case, how about adding a loaf or slices of avocado bread to your buffet table.

Avocado bread will be something different and possibly something new added to your holiday menu.

Super moist! I doubled the recipe twice and made about 4 dozen cupcakes. It was enjoyed by many and people wanted seconds.

Hello Neelima! Thanks for asking! Yes, it can be stored. If you’re planning on having it within a day, simply wrap it in saran wrap and it can be left on countertop. If you are planning on eating it in increments, wrap it and store in the refrigerator. So for example, if you would like to have a piece “here and there” and enjoy it within a few days, then store in the refrigerator and each time you slice a piece, rewrap and put in refrigerator. Also, if you don’t like it “cold,” let it come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes or slice a piece and toast. Hope this helps, if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
