Hi, can this be stored?
Cathy says
Hello Neelima! Thanks for asking! Yes, it can be stored. If you’re planning on having it within a day, simply wrap it in saran wrap and it can be left on countertop. If you are planning on eating it in increments, wrap it and store in the refrigerator. So for example, if you would like to have a piece “here and there” and enjoy it within a few days, then store in the refrigerator and each time you slice a piece, rewrap and put in refrigerator. Also, if you don’t like it “cold,” let it come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes or slice a piece and toast. Hope this helps, if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
